133-foot, 12-story residential building completed in 1910. Designed by George F. Pelham as the Hadson Hotel, it was later joined internally with the former Grand Hotel next door. The facade is clad in stone, coursed at the lower three floors, and organized into three main bays separated by two columns of small, narrow windows.

The ground floor has the main entrance at the right, now framed in tan polished granite with a modern glass door and a rounded green canopy. Above the canopy is an ornate carved cartouche supporting a small balcony with wrought-iron railing at the 2nd floor. The rest of the ground floor has modernized storefronts. Above the ground floor the bays have nearly-square window openings with a variety of sash, all painted white; the center bays at the 4th-10th floors have projecting bay windows. A broad, stone band course runs across the 2nd floor, and the 4th floors has large stone balconies at all three bays, wider in the center and joined by a band course running between and across the balconies. The center balcony is supported by large console brackets at the top of the 3rd floor. All three balconies have carved cartouches.

From the 4th floor up, all the main windows have large keystones. There are smaller stone balconies at the 5th floor; the center one has slightly smaller console brackets, and the outer two are supported by metopes. The 6th, 8th, & 10th floors also have smaller stone balconies with wrought-iron railings.

Oversized console brackets support a stone cornice with large modillions above the 10th floor. The top two floors have double-height pillars framing the windows bays, topped by elaborate stone ornament. A simple stone parapet caps the roof line. The upper part of the eastern elevation, exposed at the front, is clad in brick and has one window at the front of each of the top five floors. The ground floor is occupied by Accessories U.S. Corp, Xinnix bus ticketing, and Hair Fashion, Inc.
