4-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1911. The ground floor has a modernized storefront with a recessed entrance. The upper floors are clad in brown brick. Above a red-painted band, there is a 2-story segmental-arched opening at the 2nd-3rd floor, with black iron mullions dividing the 2nd floor into three windows (although it is now partially obscured by a commercial box awning); a red iron spandrels separates the two floors, and red framing divides the 3rd floor into three multi-paned windows. Across the top of the arch are brick voussoirs with a red keystone and impost blocks. The 4th floor has three windows divided by black iron mullions, framed on the bottom by a red sill course and on the top by a red molded lintel. The facade is crowned by a red iron roof cornice with modillions and large end brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Beauty Monster.
