4-stort mercantile building completed in the mid-late 1800s. The ground floor is lined with storefronts and has a chamfered corner with a rounded column supporting the upper floors, which are clad in white-painted brick. The 6th Avenue facade is three bays wide, and the West 28th side is four bays wide. The windows have green-painted bracketed sills and metal cornices. There is a black metal parapet at the roof line on both facades. On 28th Street, the easternmost window at the 2nd floor has been replaced by an attachment board for cables that run up a conduit to the roof, where an array of wireless cells are located. The northern two bays on the avenue are covered by a black metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Treasure Art, Inc. jewelry, and Bill's Flower Market.
