It is clad in brown brick above a wood-framed ground floor storefront with a recessed entry and main building entrance on the left. The upper floors have bands of four one-over-one windows in rust-colored metal frames, with stone sills and brick headers. The top floor is surmounted by a black metal cornice with a brick roof parapet featuring stone panels and a peaked middle section. There is a metal railing above the parapet around the roof deck. The ground floor is occupied by Hanjan Korean restaurant.
