6-story Italianate residential building completed as a 5-story building in 1874. It is clad in red-painted brick above a ground floor with brown cast-iron pilasters with modern glass infill. This includes a residential entrance on the left with a glass door below a large transom, and three storefront sections to the right, with an entrance in the middle one with a glass door and sidelight. A green-painted metal band tops the ground floor with a modillioned cornice along the top edge.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows, taller at the 2nd floor, with white wooden framing and segmental-arched openings. There are cast-iron sills on the 3rd-5th floors, and the 5th floor is topped by a white wooden roof cornice. A 6th floor was added later and it set back from the cornice, with a double-window and sliding glass doors openings onto a terrace.

The buidling was converted to condominiums in 1985, with nine units. The ground floor is occupied by Plug Uglies bar.
