6-story commercial/residential building completed around 1900. The facade was replaced at some later point. It has a 2-story base clad in black metal. The low ground floor has a building entrance to the right, with a restaurant door to its left. Further west are three brass-framed French doors opening out onto a small lowered patio for the restaurant, surrounded by a brass railing. The 2nd floor has four multi-pane floor-to-ceiling windows.

The upper floors are framed by narrow beige brick side piers, with four windows per floor, framed in black, and matching those on the 2nd floor. A simple, modillioned black metal roof cornice caps the facade. The top two floors are residential, with commercial use below.
