4-story residential building completed in 1940 and renovated in 2003. It is clad in orange-red brick, four bays wide, above a grey-painted ground floor of stone, glass and metal. The ground floor retains the original fluted outer pilasters with their floral capitals. The infill was redesigned in a modern style by Louise Braverman. The facade is topped by a white metal modillioned roof cornice.

The building now houses Palladia, a non-profit organization that provides supportive housing for formerly-homeless individuals, with 18 housing units.
