6-story residential building originally completed around the 1840s as a 4-story townhouse. In the 20th century it was converted to apartments, with the stoop removed and the former basement level converted to a ground floor with sidewalk-level entrance. The 3-bay facade was rebuilt with an interesting cladding of varied sizes of horizontally-laid orange and red-brown rough-faced stones. The 2nd-floor window where the original doorway was is placed lower than the others. A new floor was also added to the roof, clad in brick, with windows only at the end bays.
