118-foot, 10-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1904. Designed by George F. Pelham as a store-and-lofts building, it was converted to residential in 1950. The 2-story grey cast-iron base has cast ornament in the corners, with three wide bays of large windows. The 3rd floor is clad in rusticated limestone, with wider outer piers. The two inner piers are topped with console brackets with a stone cornice above.

The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick with three bays of windows. Paneled brick spandrels divide each floor up to the 9th, except for the 7th, which has an arched wrought-iron balcony. At the top of the 8th floor the outer piers have stone ornament. The top floor has five recessed windows and a modillioned roof cornice between the outer piers.

The upper side elevations are clad in brown brick, covered by a white veneer near the top. The ground floor is occupied by Pet Central.
