161-foot, 18-story modern-style residential building completed in 1962. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in glazed white brick, with orange brick on the ground floor and around two of the center bays on Fifth Avenue. The bays all consist of double- or triple-windows in black metal casements, plus a couple of single window bays. The multi-window bays have narrow vents between floors. There are setbacks at the corners above the 16th floor, and above the 10th floor at the west end of the 15th Street elevation. Just past the western end of this facade is a ramp down to a sub-grade parking garage. The main entrance spans three bays at the center of the 5th Avenue facade, framed in black stone. The building contains 215 apartment units. it is owned by Solil Management.
