121-foot, 9-story residential building originally completed in 1906 as a 5-story store-and-lofts building. Above a modern metal-and-glass storefront, it is clad in limestone, framing two wide bays of quadruple-windows divided by narrow brown cast-iron pilasters. The spandrels at the 2nd-3rd floors are also brown cast-iron, with sunburst designs and dentils. A stone cornice tops the 3rd floor, matching the cornice at the neighboring building to the west. The 4th & 5th floors are clad in buff-colored brick, with a wide stone spandrel, and a dentiled black metal roof cornice topped by a metal railing. The upper four floors were added when the building was converted to residential, and are set back, faced in brown stone with four bays of square windows. The building contains 22 apartment units, and the ground floor is occupied by Foot Locker.
