Add category

6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1899 as a commercial loft building. It is clad in tan brick, painted white at the ground floor. The piers slightly project, and divide the facade into a single-window center bay and two end bays of three windows each. Above the 2nd floor, the windows are topped by shallow brick arches with large stone impost blocks between the arches. A corbelled cornice sets off the top floor, which has a flat stone band above and below the windows. The facade is capped by a plain brick parapet, with a tall bulkhead in the center.
The building was converted to residential in 1976 and contains 29 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Filaments lighting store.
