2-story commercial building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in variegated brick, framing a black metal-and-glass storefront on the ground floor, and three tall windows on the 2nd. A stone coping caps the roof parapet which has three patterned brickwork panels above the windows. The building formerly housed a sculptor’s residence and studio, but has been vacant for several years.
