3-story mercantile building originally completed sometime in the mid-1800s, and rebuilt with a new facade in 1960. It is clad in brick, but surfaced in white-painted stucco. The three windows on each of the upper floors have flat stone sills, and there are directional lights mounted at the roof line and above the ground floor, which is occupied by Cosa Bella boutique. There is also a Cosa Bella sign affixed to the top of the facade.
