6-story Romanesque-revival office/commercial building completed in 1920 with five floors. It has a 2-story limestone base, with three double-height round-arches and two narrower bays of square-headed windows between them. The upper floors are clad in tan brick, with five bays of paired windows. There are brick quoins at the edges and horizontal banding on the piers. Stone sills join the paired windows, which have radiating brick crowns. The 5th floor has a continuous sill course and round-arched windows. Small iron fleur-de-lis ornament the tops of the piers, and a black metal dentiled roof cornice crowns the facade. Set back above the 5th floor are three metal gabled roofs for the penthouse level, added after 2000, and a tall mechanical and elevator equipment bulkhead on the south end.

The southern elevation is clad in brick, parged and painted black. The ground floor is occupied by Love Hate Social Club tattoo parlor, Dunkin' Donuts, EZ Care Pharmacy, and Albert Lam Tailor.
