6-story office building completed in 1884. Designed by Thomas Stent as a store, it is clad in red brick, with rough stone banding on the ground floor piers, and smooth stone banding on the upper floor piers. The Broadway facade is divided into two center bays of windows, and four outer bays on each side. The 4th-6th floors have segmental-arched windows, and there are cornices between each floor. The the roof, the piers extend up just above the bracketed and dentiled cornice, and are topped by small rounded pediments. There is also a triangular pediment in the center.

The north and east facades are clad in red brick, with segmental-arched windows on the upper floors - except for a small section near Broadway on the north side, which has the same piers, cornices and window framing as on the west facade. The building also has alternate addresses of 98-100 Crosby and 72 Prince. The ground-level retail spaces are occupied by Converse and Dean & Deluca gourmet food store.
