2-story commercial building completed in 1917 as a warehouse. Designed by William E. Ausin, it is clad in dark tan brick, with three bays on each floor. At the ground floor, there is a garage door in the center with a metal roll-down gate. Between the two floors are two horizontal bands of black-painted stone, framing a central panel of black-painted brick with brass letters bearing the name of the the Hugh O'Kane Electric Company, which was founded in 1946 and still resides at this address. At the 2nd floor, the central bay is slightly wider, having two wide, black metal mullions dividing the windows instead of the one seen in the outer bays. Each bay is topped by a brick header, and a horizontal stone bands runs across the whole floor. The roof parapet has a stone coping.
