State of the polygon: May 8, 2015. For a few weeks there is from afar an incessant back and forth on the southern border https://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video/CCqlc4qVIAAk_Y-.mp4 , which is why the date daily corrections do not make sense I'll re-open the polygon at fundamental changes for further edition. Due to the fast advances by the SDF in the last months, I'll consider creating a "Raqqa Administration" polygon separated from the Kobani Canton, but post-ISIS borders are still a mistery in the area.

If someone has time to edit the descr iption, it\'d be nice. The descr iption is too big and not updated.

In face of the recent advances by the SDF, all the area south of the Jalab Valley should be considered under administration of the Raqqa Civilian Assembly, and not the Kobani Canton. Like Tal Abyad and Manbij, there will be a referendum to decide if Raqqa will join the Federation as a new Canton, but for now, it is not considered part of Kobani Canton.

Kobani Canton is now a defined area. if any administrative changes happen (areas currently under Kobani Canton go to Raqqa assembly), we will update.
