Ath Thawrah(Kurdish: Hawarin,Syriac ܛܒܩܗ) is a Syrian city located about 55km from the city of Ar-Raqqah. Center of the Tabqa subdistrict and district of Raqqa Governorate.

The city was built on the Euphrates river, near the Tabaqah dam, and the name "Ath-Thawrah" literally means "the revolution", in reference to the March 8th revolution. The city has a population of 65,000. It was taken by ISIS in 2014.

The city was declared liberated from ISIS by the SDF on 10 May 2017.
