4-story residential building completed in the mid-late 1800s. It has a 2-story storefront with a narrow cast-iron piers and a cornice at the 2nd floor. The two upper floors have stone sills and metal cornices. The building is topped by a modillioned roof cornice, and a metal railing above. The ground floor was most recently occupied by Alberto's Pizza & Cheesesteak, with a psychic reader on the 2nd floor. A former "ghost sign advertisement" from the Greenwich Savings Bank could be viewed on the south side of the building over the second floor.

It was demolished in spring of 2018 to be replaced with an ODA-designed residential building.
