6-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by Sass & Smallheiser, it is clad in grey brick with terra-cotta trim, seven bays across. The central round-arched entrance is set atop a small stoop, and framed in white stone; columns with Corinthian capitals support an intricately-carved architrave and bracketed cornice with a Greek-fret design that is continued on either side as a band course above the first floor. The basement levels are clad in black cast-iron.

The first two floors display handsome arched pediments above the windows, while triangular pediments flank the central windows at the second floor and crown the central window at the third floor. The top floor, set above a horizontal band course at sill level, has brick panels between the windows and is capped by a bold cornice supported on console brackets. A black metal fire escape runs to the right of the center bay.
