5-story residential building completed in 1897, with a rear addition on West 10th Street completed the same year. The two structures are separated only by a narrow passageway with a one-story entry. Both were remodeled in 1927 with a salmon-colored stucco finish and new windows. At this time a high, stepped parapet was added with crenelations to the top of the corner building, and a stepped parapet with a low, arched section in the center was added to the top of the rear building. The ground floors are occupied by Cafe Condesa, Smalls Jazz Club, and I Tre Merli restaurant.
