3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1847 as a townhouse. It is clad in orange brick above a brownstone basement. It retains its original handrailings at the stoop, but its double doors with diminutive panels belong to the later Queen Anne period. 19th Century sheet-metal lintels with cornices now cover the original stone lintels of the three bays of windows. The facade is topped by a white roof cornice.
