5-story Neo-Grec/Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887. Designed by William Graul, the building is transitional between the two styles. It is clad in red brick with a wealth of terra-cotta and stone ornament. The sections containing the end windows are advanced, leaving the two center windows in a slightly recessed panel extending the height of the building above the orange smooth-stuccoed first floor. The boldly projecting bracketed cornice reflects, in its high central portion, the recessing of the central section below.
