5-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by William Graul, the two center bays of windows are slightly recessed in a vertical panel that runs the height of the building. The ground floor is stuccoed in beige, with red brick and grey stone on the upper floors. A stepped parapet with gables replaces the original cornice and a fire escape runs up the center of the building. The basement is occupied by Morning Dew Men's Spa.
