162-foot, 18-story residential building completed in 1964. Designed by Oscar I. Silverstone, it faces both Charles Street, and the full frontage of Waverly Place facing McCarthy Square. It is clad in minimalist red brick, with mostly long horizontal windows, and setbacks near the top, beginning above the 12th floor. A high central brick tower with two-story setbacks surmounts the top floor. The windows along the Avenue side are mostly triple while those on Charles Street consist of larger groupings, and the north facade is composed of singles. The ground floor on the Waverly Place side is occupied by Morandi restaurant & bar.
