4-story residential building completed around 1885. It is clad in red brick above a ground-floor storefront of metal-and-glass. At the north end is the entrance to the upper floors, with a glass-and-metal door and transom framed by a pair of grey cast-iron pilasters that are fluted on their top halves.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone lintels joined at the shoulders. The facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with console brackets and decorated panels. The ground floor is occupied by Garden Hardware.
