5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1889. It is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone ground floor and a smooth grey stone raised basement level. A small stoop crosses the basement areaway, leading to a central entrance with paneled wooden double-doors flanked by fluted pilasters that bow out towards the tops and carry a cornice and metal railing above the doorway. On either side is a wide single-window, with a basement window below it.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with brownstone lintels and cornices, joined at the shoulders on the 2nd floor. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with four brackets, dentils, and panels of vertical ribs.
