4-story residential building completed in 1836 as a 2.5-story townhouse. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone storefront. In the 1880s, the building was raised to four floors, with a dark-brown metal roof cornice featuring dentils and a carved frieze. The 3-bay brick facade is painted red, with brownstone sills and brown-painted metal cornices. A brown metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Funayama sushi.
