4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1838 as a townhouse for Henry Packard. It is clad in red brick, with studio windows of the right side of the front facade. The center part of the studio windows on the top two floors is angled back. A white metal roof cornice crowns the facade. The ground floor is occupied by 5-oz. Factory frozen custard.
