4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1850 as a townhouse for Francis Mann. It is three bays wide, faced in smooth-stucco, painted brown, and has a classical roof cornice supported on both short and long consoles above a row of dentils, and the fascia displays a row of fleurs-de-lis. At the first floor there is a 3-paned studio window to the left of the recessed entry and stoop. The basement level is occupied by Ristorante Volare.
