5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1858. It had tiny service windows inserted centrally in the red brick facade, between the four bays of main windows, in an alteration of 1910, when the interestingly pedimented brick parapet was added above the roof cornice, which has modillions and swag in the fascia board. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Galanga Thai restaurant.
