3-story Federal-style residential building originally completed in 1838 as a 2.5-story wood-frame townhouse. It was later refaced in Flemish bond brickwork (now painted orange), and raised to three full floors. It retains its original stoop and wrought-iron handrails. Over its double doors it has a Neo-Grec pediment carried on brackets and a cornice with paired brackets in the same style, doubtless added at the same time as its third story.
