3.5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1840 as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement, three bays wide, and is identical to its neighbor at No. 111, with the exception of having slightly pedimented window lintels and not having the exterior shutters that were added to No. 111. The dentiled metal roof cornice is painted brown.
