4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1843 as a 3-bay townhouse for William Vyse. Clad in brick above a stone basement (now first floor), the second floor has a set of floor-length windows with tall shutters. All the windows have simple lintels and the roof is topped by a simple black Greek-revival cornice.
