9-story neo-Federal-style residential building completed in 1917. Designed by Frank E. Vitolo, it is clad in multi-hued brick. At sidewalk level, square-headed windows are surmounted by blind round arches with keystones. The third floor is emphasized by a horizontal stone balcony carried on console brackets displaying a handsome wrought iron railing. Above this the brick wall rises sheer, pierced by windows, while the top two floors are decorated with stone trim surmounted by a bracketed cornice. The exposed western wall is plain concrete, with a brick parapet at the top.
