4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1826 as a 3-story stable and coachman's residence. Around 1900, it was raised to four floors, with a white modillioned and bracketed roof cornice. The facade is clad in grey-painted brick above a beige stone first floor, which was converted to a restaurant, originally The Coach House. The upper floors have three bays of windows with white wooden exterior shutters.

The ground floor is now occupied by Babbo Italian restaurant.
