3-story Federal-style residential building originally completed in 1834 as a townhouse for renters. It is clad in orange brick above a brownstone basement, with three bays of windows with white stone sills and metal cornices. The doorway is Greek-revival, with sturdy, fluted Doric columns supporting the end blocks of a low entablature. At the top is a simple white, metal roof cornice with thin brackets, identical to that on No. 126.
