8-story residential building completed in 1915. Designed by Frank Vitolo as a hotel originally called the Hotel Colborne. It was later renamed the Village Plaza Hotel, before being converted to apartments in the late 1900s. The central entryway is flanked by a pair of Corinthian columns supporting an entablature. The building is clad in multi-hued brick with a horizontal band course at the third floor window sill level. Another band course crosses below the top floor. The center bay has two single windows, with double-windows at the end bays. Iron balconettes front the outer bay windows on the 2nd floor, along with the top of the entrance's entablature, and additional balconettes are located at the 6th floor's center bay and the 7th floor's outer bays. A simple but shallow bracketed cornice crowns the front wall effectively.
