4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1854 as a townhouse for William Leggat. It is three bays wide and clad in red-painted brick. The 1st and 2nd floors have been altered for commercial use, and a great deal of the building's original detail has been removed. The windows, including the short attic windows, have stone sills and metal cornices. At the top is a metal roof cornice with three panels. The basement/first floor level is occupied by Body Work massage.
