6-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1903. Designed by Horenburger & Straub, it has a 2-story limestone base, rusticated on the first floor and smooth on the second floor, topped by a cornice and detailed frieze. The windows of the first floor are segmentally-arched and topped by carved stone scrolled brackets. The entrance is similarly arched, topped by a cartouche and framed by larger scrolled brackets supporting a ballustrade and small balcony. There are five bays of windows, with the two flanking the center bay projecting out slightly, and having two narrow windows flanking a slightly wider center window.

The upper floors are clad in dark-red brick with limestone quoins and sills. The center and outer window bays are have prominent splayed lintels with keystones. The fifth floor is topped by a cornice and two stone balconies supported by scrolled brackets. The roof line is crowned by a large black wooden dentiled cornice with twin rounded pediments and large modillions. The center of the facade also carries an intricate wrought-iron fire escape.
