4-story Italianate/Greek-revival residential building completed in 1848 as a 3-story townhouse for Arthur W. Gabaudan. Above the brownstone basement and stoop with iron railings, the walls are clad in red brick, with three bays of brownstone lintels and sills, and a Greek-revival doorway topped by a low pediment. A fourth floor was added in the late 1800s, with a large central studio window, and topped by a stone parapet.
