4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1832 as a townhouse for Henry Bayard. It is clad in red brick, three bays wide, and has a white-painted, bracketed wood cornice. The first two floors were remodeled for commercial use in the late 1800s, and there is now a blank brick wall at the second story level. The ground floor is occupied by Tertulia Cafe.
