4-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1877. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a "French Flats" building. It has a rusticated stone base with red-painted smooth stucco and brownstone above. The ornament features a sunburst motif along the fascia of the bracketed roof cornice and in the large corner brackets themselves. The ground floor was originally occupied by a liquor store, and now houses the Waverly Diner.
