4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1837 as a townhouse for Robert Hogan. It is clad in grey-painted brick, three bays wide, and has a black-painted sheet metal roof cornice, replacing the original wooden one. French windows at the second floor have delicate wrought iron balconies of Federal design, which may have been added when the handsome Federal arched doorway with keystone and blind bulls-eye window above it were added. The little store at the left of the doorway was added at a later date, and is occupied by Monk Vintage Store.
