5-story residential building completed in 1834 as a store-and-lofts building. Clad in red-painted brick, with three asymmetrical bays, it has an elaborate metal roof cornice that was added toward the end of the Nineteenth-Century, with paired end brackets, dentils and ornamented frieze. Seemingly, pediments, which may have dated from the same period as the cornice, were removed from the second and third floor windows. The ground floor is covered by a red-painted decorative iron lattice screen. The basement level is occupied by Dog Wash.
