5-story residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Small & Schuman, it was altered in the early 1900, when its side was cut at an angle to conform to the path of the new Seventh Avenue South. The narrow remaining Grove Street facade is clad in red brick, while the reconstructed facade on Seventh Avenue is faced in stone and sheet metal. The ground floor is occupied by a GNC.
