5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1882. Designed by Babcock & McAvoy, this brownstone apartment house is completely symmetrical with outer tiers of paired windows set between pilasters. The first floor is composed of heavily rusticated stone; above the simply-framed doorway rises a central tier of windows. The black dentiled roof cornice is richly detailed with paired brackets signalizing the pilasters below them. A pair of iron fire escapes run down the projecting outer bays.
