5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1886. Designed by A.B. Ogden & Son, it is clad in red brick with small terra cotta panels beneath the windows with classical swags. The heavy window lintels are pedimented at the fourth floor and hark back to Neo-Grec antecedents, making the building transitional in concept. A heavy bracketed cornice surmounts the front. The ground floor is occupied by Aedes de Venustas, a store for obscure and expensive beauty products.
