A trio of 3-story residential buildings originally completed in 1827 as 2-story rowhouses. They have wood frames and light-red-brick facades, and were altered in the Eighteen-sixties or seventies by the addition of a third story, crowned by a bracketed and paneled roof cornice. A new basement store front was installed at No. 15 in 1924; it is currently occupied by a massage parlor. The ground floor of No. 13 is occupied by Albertine boutique, and the basement houses The Porcelain Room antique and contemporary porcelain store.
